THE BRIEF
Grand Taipan lacked a unified visual identity that communicated its positioning as a premium, credible developer. The challenge was to build a complete brand system, logo to collaterals, that signals stability, ambition, and prestige while scaling across digital and physical touchpoints.

PROCESS

Discovery & brand audit
Reviewed existing materials, competitive landscape, and client positioning goals to define design direction.

Concept development
Explored multiple logo directions; landed on the hexagon + pillar architecture concept for its dual meaning, structure and growth.

System build-out
Developed full logo variations, color palette, typography, and usage guidelines. Extended the identity to corporate collaterals.

Delivery & documentation
Packaged all assets with a brand guidelines document covering misuse rules, clear space, and application standards.

KEY DECISIONS

COLLATERAL APPLICATIONS

Hexagon + pillar architecture
The hexagon communicates structural integrity. The three rising pillars inside represent portfolio growth. Together they make the mark read as a building, sophisticated at any size.

Forest green + antique gold
Green signals growth and trust. Gold adds premium warmth and differentiates Grand Taipan from competitors using blue or red corporate palettes.

Four logo variations
Each context, signage, business card, app icon, uniform, gets a purpose-built version, not a forced crop of the primary lock-up.
